Campbell River is located on the East Coast of Vancouver Island at the South End of Discover Passage, with a population of over 37,500 residents.
The Vancouver Island travel destination is considered an outdoor paradise, with attractions like the Elk Falls Suspension Bridge and the Oyster Potholes delighting visitors of all ages.

Searches for domestic stays in Canada in 2025 are up nearly 20 per cent compared to last year, according to Airbnb insights.
“This builds on the trend seen in recent years: domestic travel in Canada is booming,” the company added. “In 2023 alone, Airbnb saw nearly eight million domestic guest arrivals, a record number that marks a nearly 30 per cent increase since 2019.”
