Detached home prices dropped the most in these Calgary areas

On the other hand, west Calgary was the only area of the city to see a year-over-year increase in benchmark prices, rising by 0.69 per cent to $997,400.
West Calgary was also the most expensive area in the city. On the other hand, east Calgary recorded the lowest benchmark price at $504,500.
On a month-over-month basis, prices are increasing throughout the city, with the City Centre being the only area to record a decline in benchmark prices from February. West Calgary saw the largest month-over-month increase. Prices rose by 2.46 per cent.
Other home types, such as apartments, row-style homes, and semi-detached homes, also saw year-over-year declines in the month of February. Apartments saw the largest decline at 9.27 per cent to a benchmark price of $300,300.
