Just For Laughs Vancouver reveals huge lineup of stars for 2026 festival
“We’re thrilled to bring together a bold, diverse mix of comedic voices for the 2026 Just For Laughs Vancouver festival,” said Nick Brazao, head of programming and talent at JFL.
“This year’s lineup showcases boundary-pushers, fan favourites, and emerging talent who reflect the energy and creativity of Vancouver’s comedy fans. We can’t wait to share these performances with audiences in February.”
Like previous years, the festival is bringing in some huge comedy stars.
Some of the acts include Taskmaster and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire star James Acaster, Dropout Improv starring several favourites from the hit comedy streaming service, Group Therapy and Elio star Atsuko Okatsuka, and Somebody Feed Phil‘s Phil Rosenthal.

“Celebrating our 10th anniversary is more than a milestone; it’s a tribute to everyone who has been a part of the journey: our artists, partners, audiences, team and the incredible local comedy community,” said Heather Wallace, founding partner and festival director of Just For Laughs Vancouver.
“From our local roots to becoming a highlight of the city’s cultural calendar, this festival has grown beyond anything I imagined.”

The Critical Hit Show
Homegrown talent will also be showcased in the Best of the West, presented by SiriusXM. Highlights include Teen Angst Night, The Hero Show, Canadian Steam presented by The Comedy Department, and lots more.
Just For Laughs Vancouver is also presenting two special events during this year’s festival, Jokers Canada: Valentine’s Day Comedy Classic and The Critical Hit Show.
“Both shows that are helping to elevate Vancouver’s presence on the comedy map and deserve a special spotlight at this year’s Festival,” said Just For Laughs Vancouver in a release.
Tickets go on sale online starting Friday, Nov. 28, at 10 a.m. Pre-sale tickets are on sale from Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 10 a.m.
