Designed for modern urban living, the tower features a range of amenities, including a rooftop patio, dog run, fitness centre, and dedicated workspaces for residents.

The building also includes a five-storey underground parkade and a two-storey podium with retail and amenity space.

The new tower is under construction at the corner of 104th Street and 100th Avenue. Developed by Langham Developments, also behind the Fox Towers further north, it is expected to be complete by 2027.
