New Vancouver cafe to open soon — and it's serving a mango sticky rice matcha
Drinks at Peace and Culture are split into different categories, like “Conventional” — which is where you’d find your more traditional coffee and tea offerings (described simply as espresso and water or espresso and milk) — as well as “Contemporary” offerings, which are described as “a modern spin on familiar favourites and inventive cafe creations.”
While a full menu has yet to be shared online, one of the drinks we’ve spotted being served is a Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, which consists of mango puree, coconut sticky rice, milk, and matcha over ice.
Another interesting offering from the Contemporary menu includes a drink called the Can’t Be It, a combination of coffee, milk, yogurt, acid solution, and saline solution over ice.
However, we anticipate that featured drinks are subject to change, so if one catches your eye, be sure to visit sooner rather than later.
Peace and Culture officially opens its doors on Thursday, Feb. 12 and will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
