<p>Folks looking to dine in and around Yaletown have long known that Mainland Street is a hub when it comes to good eats. From big chains like Earls, places for quick bites like Tacofino, hot new restaurants like Dovetail, Japanese-focused gems like Minami, and so much more, there&#8217;s plenty to eat along the street. Now, a <a href="https://dailyhive.com/vancouver/new-vancouver-restaurants-march-2026" target="_blank">new restaurant</a> is looking to join the powerhouse street called Ray&#8217;s.</p>
<p>Not many details are known about the restaurant yet, aside from the fact that it plans to change &#8220;as the day does,&#8221; whether you&#8217;re stopping by during the day, for dinner, or at night. It is opening at the former home of <a href="https://dailyhive.com/vancouver/yaletown-distillery-bar-vancouver" target="_blank">Yaletown Distillery Bar + Kitchen</a>.</p>
<p>From pictures posted to its Instagram, customers can expect a selection of pasta, sushi, and cocktails.</p>

<p>An exact opening date for the restaurant has yet to be shared, but it did advertise that it is hiring for a selection of roles during its hiring fair on March 4 and 6 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.</p>
