<p>After getting its start in Victoria, Superbaba first landed in Vancouver as a <a href="https://dailyhive.com/vancouver/vancouver-superbaba-food-truck-april-2018" target="_blank" rel="noopener">food truck</a> and then eventually opened its <a href="https://dailyhive.com/vancouver/superbaba-vancouver-now-open" target="_blank" rel="noopener">first brick-and-mortar location</a> in Mount Pleasant. Now, the fast-casual Middle Eastern restaurant is gearing up to open its second Vancouver location at The Post.</p>
<p>Superbaba shared the news on its Instagram on March 25.</p>
<p>&#8220;I finally found the perfect space for Superbaba’s return to downtown Vancouver,&#8221; shared Chef and owner of Superbaba Dallah El Chami.</p>
<p>For those unfamiliar, Superbaba is a fast-casual spot known for its falafel, chicken shawarma, crispy eggplant, and fresh-baked pita.</p>
<p>&#8220;Thanks again to all the people who make things happen, and to all my friends who support (put up with) all my projects. Here we go again,&#8221; added Dallah.</p>
