A Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) officer, Langley RCMP officers and the Lower Mainland Integrated Police Dog Service extensively searched the area but were not able to locate the suspect.
He is described as a white male in his 20s, approximately 6’ tall and 150 lbs, and has dirty short blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a white shirt with lemons on it and possibly a grey pair of pants.

A little over 24 hours later, SPS were called to assist with a vehicle fire in the 10200 block of 125th Street on Sunday, Dec. 7, at about 8:21 a.m.
Just a few minutes later, SPOSU officers responded to calls of possible shots fired outside of a residence in the 11000 block of 140A Street, and about 30 minutes after that, police attended to reports of a second vehicle fire on Regal Drive near Regent Place.

SPS announced in a statement that no one was injured in any of the Sunday morning incidents, and all three appear to be connected at this stage of the investigations.
“The motive for the shots fired, and two vehicle fires, remains under investigation, and investigators will be liaising with police partners to determine if there are any connections to other files. No extortion-related links have been made at this time.”
Police are asking anyone with information about these incidents, or anyone who may have been in the area at the time and possibly witnessed them or noticed any suspicious activity, to contact the SPS non-emergency line at 604-599-0502 and quote file numbers 25-108536 (SP), 25-108544, or 25-66420 (SU).
Anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage is also asked to contact the authorities.
