Here's when Vancouver's massive 50,000+ sq. ft. food and cultural market will open
Well, we know it will be opening at Vancouver’s Oakridge Park, which is currently under construction and also has a Spring 2026 opening date.
Dished previously reported that this development will be a âhighly sustainable, mixed-use, transit-oriented cultural hubâ that boasts residential towers, workspaces, a nine-acre public park, a civic centre and library, indoor and outdoor performance venues, and a one million sq ft shopping centre.
Time Out Market will span over 50,000 sq. ft. across two levels of the shopping centre, and was previously said to include 17 live cooking kitchens, three bars, and even a coffee shop, alongside a stage, art and cultural spaces, and an open-air patio.
On top of all of that, a signature cocktail lounge will be found on the mezzanine of the space.
There will also be over 1,000 seats for people to sit back and enjoy their meals.
âOakridge Park is a visionary development with a strong sense of community, making it a great location for Time Out Market, at the heart of which is to bring the best of the city together under one roof,â said Chris Ohlund, CEO of Time Out Group.
âWe are delighted to partner with QuadReal Property Group and Westbank to bring Time Out Market to the beautiful city of Vancouver.â
Be sure to check back here for an exact opening date soon.
