Many of the retailers participating in the launch will see their first standalone Vancouver stores open in Oakridge Park.
One of those retailers is Dolce & Gabbana, and the luxury Italian brand’s Oakridge Park location will be its first standalone store in Vancouver. The brand did have a store at Pacific Centre, but that location was permanently closed in 2020.
Loewe will also open its first standalone boutique in Vancouver at Oakridge Park.
Known for its luxury menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, accessories, and home products, Thom Browne will also have a location at Oakridge Park.
“Oakridge Park is poised to redefine Vancouver’s luxury retail landscape with the arrival of these additional world-renowned brands,” said Chrystal Burns, executive vice president of Canadian retail experience at QuadReal Property Group.
Opening timelines have shifted as the development of Oakridge Park progressed. In early 2025, Spring 2025 was the targeted grand opening date for the first phase of its redevelopment. That shifted to late 2025, before this most recent announcement of plans to open in Spring 2026.
These are some of the other retailers confirmed for the new mall:
- A&W (fast food)
- Acne Studio
- Alo Yoga
- Birks
- Chanel Boutique
- Dior
- Diptyque
- Hugo Boss
- Loro Piana
- Lugaro
- Maje
- Weekend Max Mara
- Nespresso
- Royal Bank
- Salvatore Ferragamo
- Sandro
- Sephora
- Sporting Life
- Sunglass Hut
- Swarovski
- Valentino
- Veronica Beard
- VIP Styling Lounge
- Wireless Wave
This fall, the centre will also launch the Autumn Palette, a six-week pop-up taking place between Oct. 16 and Nov. 20 at the Oakridge Park Gallery. You do need a reservation to attend, which can be made on the Oakridge Park website.
Crate & Barrel returns

The Vancouver flagship location of Crate & Barrel will be opening well ahead of the Spring 2026 target date for Oakridge Park.
It’s actually opening this week!
Daily Hive Urbanized has learned that Crate & Barrel will open its doors on Friday, Oct. 10.
“This new space is designed to provide ease and inspiration to every customer’s visit. More than just a retail space, the format of this new store allows for a personalized shopping experience supported by in-store experts that deliver Crate & Barrel’s best-in-class services,” Daily Hive Urbanized was told.
“The newly renovated Vancouver store – the only Crate & Barrel location in B.C. and one of only five in Canada – takes its cue from local B.C. nature with dramatic coastlines and misty evergreens.”
If you’re worried about parking at the new mall, it sounds like developers have got you covered.
Unlike the former Oakridge Centre mall, which was demolished, the new mall is not only significantly larger but also introduces substantial residential and office components.
The opening of this improved and expanded mall also marks the return of the city of Vancouver’s only other major shopping mall, besides the CF Pacific Centre in downtown.
At Oakridge Park, there will be approximately 6,000 vehicle parking stalls for all residential and commercial users and visitors, including 2,000 free vehicle parking stalls for mall visitors within the first two underground parkade levels.
