Reservations for Dine Out Vancouver 2026 have just gone live, and plenty of exciting participating restaurants are on the list this year (we’re talking over 450).

Dine Out Vancouver got its start all the way back in 2002 when a group of food and wine enthusiasts got together with the Destination Vancouver team and pitched the idea of a fixed-price menu deal to get people into restaurants during what would normally be considered a slow time of the year. Fast forward 24 years, and Dine Out Vancouver is Canada’s largest food and drink festival.

Participating restaurants offer diners a chance to showcase multi-course meals within one of the three fixed-price menu ranges: $20 to $40, $40 to $55, or $55 to $70.

Among the participating restaurants, over 25 are Michelin-accredited hot spots, making it the perfect time to cross a couple of spots off your bucket list. This includes Bib Gourmand restaurants like Gary’s, Karma Indian Bistro, Song (by Kin Kao), and more, alongside numerous Michelin-recommended spots.

Plus, those wanting to get even fancier have the chance to dine at Michelin-starred Published on Main and Burdock & Co. for $110 per person. Reservations for these spots are limited, and they book quickly, so be sure to get yours in sooner rather than later.

But it’s not just local Vancouver chefs who are getting excited about Dine Out Vancouver, as the Vancouver World Chef Exchange is also returning for its 10th year, pairing internationally recognized chefs from Bangkok, London, Chicago, and Seoul with top Vancouver chefs for four exclusive collaborative dinners. There’s also a bartender edition of this event happening at Vancouver’s Prophecy.

“The Dine Out Vancouver Festival is a beloved fixture in our city’s culinary calendar, and with a record number of local restaurants coming to the table this year, food lovers will be spoiled for choice,” said Royce Chwin, president & CEO of Destination Vancouver.

“We are also celebrating the 10th anniversary of the highly acclaimed World Chef Exchange, bringing together chefs from Michelin-recognized restaurants in London, Seoul, Chicago, and Bangkok with outstanding local talent to create a city-wide series of exceptional dining experiences.ā€

Aside from the many restaurants participating, there are 35 unique culinary events taking place during this 19-day-long festival. From exploring the flavours of Spain at Casa Molina’s Born In Spain long table dinner to a pasta course courtesy of Italian Kitchen, there’s plenty to eat and do in and around Vancouver this time of year.

Dine Out Vancouver takes place from Jan. 21 to Feb. 8, with the full list of participating restaurants available online.
