Michelin-recommended Vancouver restaurant closes its doors

Over the weekend, Bacaro made the unfortunate announcement that it would be joining the growing list of restaurants that have closed in Vancouver.
“A thousand thanks for all the love over the years,” shared the restaurant on Instagram. “Ciao, bella.” The eatery is also officially listed as “permanently closed” on Google, and its website has since been taken down.

Bacaro was best known for its selection of Italian dishes. Think plenty of pasta and Italian wines, all served up in the Fairmont Pacific Rim. It first opened its doors in 2021.
