Mar 31 2026, 5:30 pm

You heard that right, Vancouver’s biggest festival for everything meat and beer is returning this summer with its largest lineup yet.

Brewery and the Beast is taking place on Sunday, Aug. 30, with a showcase of over 60 acclaimed restaurants, celebrated chefs, and exceptional sips all at Concord Pacific Place.

Folks can expect appearances from sought-after eateries, including Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar, the newly awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand Good Thief, both Osteria Savio Volpe and Osteria Elio Volpe, Torafuku, Basta Barbecue x Farmers Apprentice, Anh and Chi, and Mount Pleasant Vintage and Provisions. These names will be joined by a whole host of other culinary talent, with more new vendors expected to be announced during the coming months.

Alongside the dishes, you can expect to find plenty of pours ranging from craft cocktails and beers to cider, premium wine, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options. The event will also feature live music and guest DJs.

Additionally, Two Rivers Meats will be returning as a key sponsor, ensuring all of the chefs and restaurants will be serving up the best responsibly and ethically raised proteins.

If that wasn’t enough to convince you, Brewery and the Beast has raised over $185,000 in funding for culinary scholarships, charities, and not-for-profit organizations like The Chefs’ Table Society of BC, Mind the Bar, and Backpack Buddies since the event started. This year will be no different, with the event sharing that it will continue to support these important organizations and give back to those in need.

Tickets are broken up into two tiers. Main Event tickets will grant guests unlimited food and drink while enjoying all the festivities from 2 to 5 p.m. Meanwhile, VIP Experience tickets unlock an exclusive experience with one hour of pre-event access to guest chefs and bartenders, a fresh shucked oyster station, full-service bars, private shaded lounge space, premium restrooms, and a live DJ. VIP Experience tickets also grant early access to the main event ahead of Main Event ticket holders.

“Bringing together the best food and drink has always been at the heart of Brewery & the Beast,” said Scott Gurney, director of 17 Black Events, the festival’s producer. “2026 will be our biggest and best lineup yet, and we’re excited to welcome a number of new names that we’ve not had present before.”
