Krispy Kreme is giving away free donuts in Vancouver today
The day is nearly here: Vancouver’s first Krispy Kreme location is opening its doors on Tuesday, Dec. 16, and it’s safe to say that Vancouverites are excited. No longer will they have to make the trek to Delta to get their fix of Original Glazed donuts.
To celebrate the opening of its new outpost, on Monday, Dec. 15 at 3 p.m., Krispy Kreme is giving away 200 dozen free donuts at the corner of Cambie and West Broadway (just steps away from its new location).
These donuts will be given out by the dozen, with the goal of giving the community an early chance to try Krispy Kreme.
In regards to the new location, Krispy Kreme shared that the cafe will receive fresh donuts from Krispy Kreme Delta twice a day.
“Guests can expect the full lineup of signature doughnuts, specialty coffees, and seasonal offerings that fans across Canada already know and love,” a representative from Krispy Kreme shared.
Plus, eager fans who line up on opening day have the chance to get a dozen free donuts every month for a year.
On opening day, Krispy Kreme is giving 12 Golden Tickets to the first 12 guests in line. These tickets are redeemable for one free dozen Original Glazed donuts every month for an entire year. Doors open bright and early at 7 a.m., so be sure to get there early if you want a Golden Ticket.
