'Twilight' stars are hosting a historic reunion with fans in Vancouver this month

A unique Twilight experience is coming to Vancouver this month, and fans won’t want to miss the “fang-tastic” event.
Fan Expo Vancouver has announced that the film series’ stars Ashley Greene (Alice), Jackson Rathbone (Jasper), Kellan Lutz (Emmett), and Peter Facinelli (Carlisle) are reuniting for one night only on Monday, Feb. 16.
Twilight Special Screening: A Night with the Cullens at the Rio Theatre is part of the events and activities planned for one of B.C.’s largest pop culture events when it returns on Family Day weekend.

“For Twilight fans, the love for these characters — and the actors who brought them to life — is eternal, so this is the perfect event for Valentine’s Day weekend,” said Andrew Moyes, vice-president of Fan Expo HQ.
“Fan Expo is all about connecting fans with the fandoms they love through unforgettable experiences. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to watch the film that started it all, hear behind-the-scenes stories, and celebrate alongside fellow superfans.”
Twilight Special Screening: A Night with the Cullens at The Rio Theatre will feature a screening of the saga’s first film from 2008, as well as a live audience Q&A.

According to Fan Expo, the event will be the first time that Greene, Rathbone, Lutz and Facinelli have appeared together in Vancouver for a screening event. General admission and VIP tickets are on sale now.
Starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, Twilight was released in 2008 to a rave response from fans of the Stephanie Meyer book series.
The box office smash also won numerous accolades, including a nomination for Carter Burwell for Film Composer of the Year by the International Film Music Critics Association.
Fan Expo Vancouver recently revealed that none other than the Hobbits from The Lord of the Rings — Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd, and Dominic Monaghan– are coming to the event.
Frodo (Wood), Samwise Gamgee (Astin), Pippin (Boyd), and Merry (Monaghan) will meet and greet fans celebrating the 25th anniversary of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, which launched the legendary film franchise.
Also appearing at the convention this year are Smallville stars Kristin Kreuk and Tom Welling. It will be Kreuk’s first appearance at her hometown Fan Expo.
Thousands of visitors are expected to flock to the three-day celebration at the Vancouver Convention Centre, drawing in fans of sci-fi, horror, comic books, and everyone in between.
