Vancouver's magical winter-themed dome dining experience is back
If the impending return of Starbucks’ holiday menu is any indication that we’re entering the holiday season, then the return of H Tasting Lounge’s winter-themed dome dining experience, Winterlust, is a surefire indicator that winter is right around the corner.
From Nov. 5, 2025, to March 15, 2026, Winterlust will take over the stunning H Tasting Lounge’s patio. The event consists of five private, seasonally decorated translucent domes that give diners a view of the North Shore mountains and Coal Harbour’s waterfront.
Each dome can accommodate up to six guests and is fully equipped with heaters and fresh-air circulation to keep things nice and cozy. Additionally, you’ll also have access to an independent sound system in your dome so you can enjoy your own tunes while dining.

Additionally, you can enjoy a new seasonal menu from Chef Andrii Olshevskyi, including four premium caviar services (each complete with sour cream, blinis, and crème fraîche) and two seafood platters (for two or four people served either chilled or hot) featuring crab, prawns, mussels, scallops, clams, and more.

Plus, this year you can order a massive 24-hour braised beef shank called Thor’s Hammer served with sherry glaze, confit baby potatoes, maple-glazed carrots, roasted Brussels sprouts, charred broccolini, and red wine jus.
Among the dessert highlights are H Tasting Lounge’s mile-high Mille-feuille or Pastry Chef Martha Ebro’s “Walk in the Forest” with a milk chocolate and burnt orange mousse, matcha chocolate ‘soil’ and raspberry cream.
Seatings for this one-of-a-kind winter dining experience fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your dome as soon as possible. Reservations are currently open and can be made online.
