Alessandra Ambrosio, a popular Brazilian model, recently made a trip to Vancouver and clearly adored the cherry blossoms, which are in full bloom.
Ambrosio shared a post on Instagram, captioned, “Vancouver stopover, what a start to the trip!”
The Brazilian model has over 12 million followers on Instagram and is known for her work with Victoria’s Secret, and was also the first spokesperson for the Pink line.
She’s one of the highest-paid models in the world, according to Forbes.

In her post, she had several pictures of Vancouver cherry blossoms, a stop at a notable Vancouver restaurant, and other random spots. Out of 16 pictures in her carousel, four of them included cherry blossoms.
Ambrosio strolled Robson Street, the Stanley Park Seawall, popped by the Vancouver House tower, and a couple of other spots, including a playground.
The restaurant Ambrosio visited appears to be East is East, most likely the Broadway location.
Her post received over 200 comments, including from some local orgs, like SuperNaturalBC, which said, “What a welcome to Vancouver! We hope you get the chance to come back soon, there’s so much more to explore across B.C.”
“Welcome. It was a beautiful weekend in Vancouver,” another follower said.
There have been some fairly notable celebrities visiting B.C. in recent weeks. Last week, we shared a story about comedy icon Adam Sandler stopping in Squaimsh for a steak.
Nick Jonas was also in town recently, visiting a notable Vancouver restaurant, as was up-and-coming star Finn Wolfhard, who stopped by a pub on St. Patrick’s Day.
