Winning big is every lottery player’s fantasy, but for one very lucky Lotto Max player, that dream just became a happy reality.
The Lotto Max draw took place on Tuesday, March 24, and at the time, there were four Maxmillions up for grabs. Someone managed to match the numbers 3, 8, 18, 39, 43, 46, and 49, thereby scoring a $1-million prize. According to PlayNow, the winning ticket was sold in Ontario.
With a prize worth $55 million, all eyes were on the Lotto Max jackpot during the draw. The winning numbers were 06, 11, 32, 33, 34, 39, and 49, with a bonus of 45. No one won the jackpot this time, but someone did score the second prize after they matched six of the seven numbers and the bonus number. As a result, a lottery player in Quebec is now $202,380.10 richer. A total of 35 people share the third prize, with each receiving $5,782.30 after matching six of the seven numbers.

In B.C., no one won the $500,000 Lotto Max Extra prize. The Maxmillions winner wasn’t the only millionaire to come out of Tuesday’s draw — in Ontario, one lottery player matched the Encore winning numbers 3517896 to win the $1-million top prize.
The last time someone won a Lotto Max jackpot was on March 3, when they won the $74-million jackpot.
“The winning ticket for the Tuesday, March 3, 2026, draw was sold somewhere in Toronto, making this an unforgettable start to the season for one very fortunate Ontarian,” reads a release from OLG.
The next draw is on Friday, March 27, and the jackpot is now at $60 million.
