Toronto-based burger chain to open first B.C. location in Vancouver

Smash burger chain Rosie’s Burgers is preparing to open its first-ever location in B.C., and it’s going to be right here in Vancouver.
Live at UBC shared the news that the Toronto-based burger chain will be opening a location on campus soon.
“Something delicious is coming to University Boulevard!” shared Live at UBC on Instagram.
Rosie’s is best known for its smash burgers, as well as its fries, strawberry shakes, onion rings, and banana pudding.

“Rosie’s was founded in 2020 by brothers Daniel & Dustin Gelman through a shared passion for good food and warm hospitality. Inspired by the simplicity of the classic diner, nostalgic for a time when burgers and fries were just that ā uncomplicated and effortlessly delicious,” shared the restaurant on its website.
