Eggstatic (not to be confused with Burnaby’s bubble waffle shop Cafe Eggstatic) is a chain that operates multiple locations in Ontario, and its Vancouver location will be its first venture into Western Canada. It’s known for its selection of Middle Eastern-inspired brunch from shakshuka to its much-loved sweets.
“Whether you’re stopping by for a quick breakfast before exploring the city or settling in for a long weekend brunch with friends, Eggstatic Vancouver is your go-to destination for bold flavours and exceptional service,” added the restaurant on its website.
