Kam Wai Dim Sum ā the dim sum spot that first opened in 1991 ā just opened its second location, called Kam Wai Legacy, on Saturday, Feb. 28. Here, the brand is expanding on what people love from its original outpost with plenty of tasty options for folks to enjoy in-store or to take home.
