Viral gourmet salad shop to open first West Coast location in Vancouver

Montreal-based salad chain Mandy’s Salads has announced that it will be coming to Vancouver with not one, but two locations.
A representative from Mandy’s shared that it will be opening in Kitsilano (2202 West 4th Ave., Vancouver) and Coal Harbour (1067 W. Cordova St., Vancouver).
The Kitsilano location, which is expected to open sometime this summer, will operate as a grab-and-go spot. It will also have a patio during the summer months.
As for Coal Harbour, this will be Mandy’s flagship location in Vancouver and will feature a larger, sit-down dining experience. An opening date for this location has yet to be announced.
Mandy’s Salads was founded by sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe, and first got its start in the back of a women’s clothing store. Now, it operates nine locations in Montreal, is continuing to grow its presence in Toronto, and has amassed over 100,ooo followers on Instagram.
As for offerings, it offers a selection of breakfast options, soups, salads, and grain bowls.
