Michelin-recognized Vancouver restaurant makes comeback during pop-up

Many were heartbroken when the Michelin Bib Gourmand Vancouver restaurant Say Mercy! announced it was closing its doors in 2024. But fans of the eatery are in luck, as it shared it will be returning at a pop-up — but only for a few weeks.
From April 13 to May 10, Say Mercy! will be returning inside The Mackenzie Room, bringing with it its Southern BBQ-inspired dishes that built its initial cult following.
For five weeks, Say Mercy! will be offering a tasting menu for two, titled “Just the two of us,” which will feature bites like its Sweet and Smoky BBQ Bolo, Original Shrimp and Grits, Smoked Ribs, and its buttery soft Parker House rolls.
