New Vancouver restaurant is a cafe by day and wine bar by night

Vancouver’s latest eatery, Touski, is preparing to open its doors â and it’ll be operating as two different concepts depending on when you visit.
The restaurant describes itself as “a day-to-night neighbourhood bistro rooted in European influence.”
“By day, Touski functions as a neighbourhood cafĂ© â a “coffee bar to wine bar” concept â serving thoughtfully sourced coffee, paired with light fare,” shared the cafe in an email.

But by night, the space transforms into a share-plate bistro, offering a rotating weekly menu built around French and British classics that are “reimagined with playful, generous touches and hyper-local ingredients.” Exact menu offerings have yet to be shared.
“Transparency is at the heart of Touski â from coffee beans to wine to produce, the team emphasizes close relationships with local suppliers, grounding each dish in trust, community, and care,” wrote the restaurant on its website.
