Get ready to sing and dance this April when some of your favourite musical acts come to Vancouver!

Here are 10 great concerts happening this month around the city, including Diljit Dosanjh, PinkPantheress, and more.

French Montana

What: The Key Vancouver, a 1,000-capacity performance venue, officially opens its doors with a highly anticipated inaugural lineup including Dr. Fresch on April 3 and French Montana on April 5.

French Montana was born in Morocco and holds the title of the most-streamed African-born musical artist and the first African-born artist to earn a diamond-certified single.

The “Unforgettable” singer has collaborated with artists like Rick Ross, Drake, and Swae Lee, and is also the founder of Coke Boy Records. He has also appeared on TV shows such as EmpireKeeping Up with the KardashiansNCIS: New Orleans, and America’s Next Top Model.

Diljit Dosanjh

What: Record-breaking Punjabi hitmaker Diljit Dosanjh embarks on a huge new tour this spring, and he’s kicking things off in a familiar Vancouver venue.

Dosanjh returns to BC Place on Thursday, April 23, to launch the North American leg of the Aura World Tour.

He is known as one of the most-viewed Punjabi artists of all time. “Indian Drake” has recorded 15 studio albums, the most recent being Aura in October 2025. Dosanjh was also the first Punjabi-speaking artist to perform at Coachella, and appeared as a judge for three seasons of India’s reality show Rising Star.

Guzheng & Tea

What: 16-year-old Guzheng artist Barret Bai is filling Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden with his mastery of the 21-string instrument Guzhang on select dates this spring. Enjoy a cup of Garden-blend jasmine tea and take in the traditional Chinese music with the beautiful Garden backdrop.

When: April 12, 19 and 26, 2026

Susan Aglukark and PIQSIQ

What: Trailblazing Iunk artist and Juno Award winner Susan Aglukark and acclaimed throat-singing duo PIQSIQ team up for a highly anticipated concert at Chan Shun Concert Hall in April.

Aglukark has written and recorded 10 albums, authored two children’s books, and earned a Governor General’s Performing Arts Award for lifetime artistic achievement. And Inuit throat-singing sisters Inuksuk Mackay and Tiffany Ayalik have received acclaim for their “riveting” performances.

Public Disco and VCBF’s Blossom Block Party

What: Returning this year is the signature event, Blossom Block Party, with a car-free Dunsmuir Street.

The all-ages party by Public Disco will take place at Dunsmuir Patio at Bentall Centre, with DJ sets by Sakiko Nagai, Kozue, Nina Mendoza, and Beiti. There will also be family-friendly activities and interactive art in celebration of the city’s beautiful blossoms.

Party for the Planet

What: The City of Surrey is set to host the 15th annual Party for the Planet at Surrey Civic Plaza, presented by TD, on Saturday, April 25.

This year’s event will be packed full of entertainment and activities for the whole family. The best part is that it’s free to attend and just steps from the Surrey Central SkyTrain station.

Insomnia Festival

What: Insomnia Festival returns to the TRADEX in Abbotsford on Saturday, April 4, and the lineup includes some of the world’s biggest DJs and EDM stars.

This year will feature David Guetta, Audien, James Hype, Oliver Heldens, and W&W. All ages are welcome to Insomnia Festival, and there will also be exclusive 19+ VIP experiences available.
