Soccer & Technology from the FIFA Museum exhibit at Science World

What: Science World will fully embrace the FIFA World Cup spirit inside its walls, hosting an official soccer-themed exhibition from the FIFA Museum in Zurich, Switzerland.

FIFA Fan Festival Vancouver – Amphitheatre Concert Series

What: Soccer fans from around the world are coming to Vancouver this summer for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and so are some of music’s biggest artists.

FIFA Fan Festival Vancouver has revealed the amphitheatre concert series lineup at the PNE, and it includes two signature concerts with international stars Mötley Crüe and Kx5 (Kaskade and Deadmau5).

The ticketed events will be part of a massive transformation of the PNE into a “FIFA World Cup hub” with “family-focused entertainment to immersive fan activities for all ages.”

What: Science World invites guests to blast off in its latest feature exhibit, Artemis Space Adventure with LEGO Bricks.

What: The American is hosting a monthly dance party rooted in Soul, Funk, and R&B classics.

Kick things off with an all-levels line dancing lesson led by host Justine Redila, accompanied by DJ Rhond Hunte. Whether you’ve got two left feet or you’re already cookin’, Justine will get you steppin, slidin and spinnin in no time.

The vibe during Soul Steppin Fridays is inspired by family BBQs in the sunshine. Nothing but good times, dancing, belly laughs, and good company. Solo dancers and groups welcome.

Around The Kitchen Table: Crafting Connections

What: This exhibition explores how making by hand can function as a language of its own. Through contemporary jewellery, clay works, and a participatory installation inspired by dumpling-making, the project reflects on communication across generations, cultural memory, and the quiet power of shared gestures around the kitchen table.

What: Record-breaking Punjabi hitmaker Diljit Dosanjh embarks on a huge new tour this spring, and he’s kicking things off in a familiar Vancouver venue.

Dosanjh returns to BC Place on Thursday, April 23, to launch the North American leg of the Aura World Tour.

He is known as one of the most-viewed Punjabi artists of all time. “Indian Drake” has recorded 15 studio albums, the most recent being Aura in October 2025. Dosanjh was also the first Punjabi-speaking artist to perform at Coachella and appeared as a judge for three seasons of India’s reality show Rising Star.

What: Grab your Eggos and hop on your bikes because a Stranger Things-themed rave is coming to Vancouver this spring.

The Upside Down Rave – A Stranger Things Experience is taking over Celebrities Nightclub in Davie Village on Saturday, May 23.

The Upside Down Rave, presented by Like It. Love It. events, is described as a “visually immersive” daytime shindig with energetic dance music, spooky atmospheres, and live performers bringing the world of Stranger Things to life.

What: The Richmond summer staple is opening its gates once again in April, near the corner of No. 3 Road and River Road.

While the exact opening date is to be announced, organizers of the largest night market in North America have revealed some details that have got fans excited.

At the top of the list is the news that this year’s Richmond Night Market will “celebrate the global spirit of soccer.” Another highlight is the new Night Market Trading Card Zone.

What: Fraser Valley is the place for flower fans to be this spring, and the return of the Harrison Tulip Festival is yet another reason to visit.

Canada’s largest tulip festival, which is blooming at Onos Farms in Aggasiz, is slated to open in early April and run for approximately four weeks.

Guests will discover a 45-acre flower scape with more than 14 million spring blooms expected, including over 150 tulip varieties, 15 double daffodil varieties, and 12 types of hyacinths. There will also be photo ops, floral surprises, and more.

What: Insomnia Festival returns to the TRADEX in Abbotsford on Saturday, April 4, and the lineup includes some of the world’s biggest DJs and EDM stars.

This year will feature David Guetta, Audien, James Hype, Oliver Heldens, and W&W. All ages are welcome to Insomnia Festival, and there will also be exclusive 19+ VIP experiences available.

AEW Dynasty at Rogers Arena

What: One of pro wrestling’s biggest promotions, All Elite Wrestling (AEW), is coming to Vancouver for one of its most anticipated events of the year.

AEW is bringing its annual pay-per-view event, Dynasty, to Rogers Arena on Sunday, April 12. This is the first time that AEW is returning to B.C. since its televised Collision event in May 2024.

What: The largest Vaisakhi parade in the world is taking place in Surrey this spring, and organizers are expecting to draw another huge turnout for the festivities.

Surrey Khalsa Day Vaisakhi Parade, organized by Gurdwara Sahib Dasmesh Darbar, will take place on Saturday, April 18.

Over 600,000 people are expected to attend the parade that is full of colourful floats, live music and dancers, as well as community groups.
